There are no thralls washing clothes down by the river. The men you can see certainly appear to be the younger members of their clan.
OOC: I just checked everyone's profile and, at 25, Borygg appears to be the oldest member of the band. Next time, one of you boys are doing the laundry.

The day remains miserable outside.
Algared moves around the hearth fire checking and re-checking the cooking food. While others sit and check their equipment, fixing what they can with some needle and thread or making other minor/makeshift repairs as needed. Algared takes the time to check his gear as well, again fixing what he can, where he can.
The hours of the afternoon drift away amid the warbands idle chatter and the smells of cooking food. As the humidity in the clanhouse builds hinting at the drying clothes getting drier.
With the sunlight outside beginning to fade, the members of the warband set to lighting lamps and fetching more firewood before dark.
Algared calls the men of the warband together to share in the evening meal. He serves up a heaped serving of the food he has prepared during the afternoon. The food is filling and not at all bad.
Soon evening turns into night and the warband once again prepare their sleeping spaces, no one has been asked to stand a watch tonight and before long the idle banter and chatter soon stops as the warband drifts off to sleep.

Over the last couple of days, Vidar has marched, engaged in lethal combat, conducted burial services and blessings, and sparred. It's been a good couple of days in his eyes. He's sawing logs right now. HARD.
