I'm Brent Bailey, bbailey on the HârnForum. I'm 43 and live in Wentzville, Missouri (just west of St. Louis), with my wife, three cats, two dogs, and three horses. I work for Elsevier, a major global publishing company, where I am director of technology for the part of the business that makes electronic products for the health sciences education markets.
I got into RPGs through D&D back around 1980 and found Hârn a few years later. Despite owning a pretty complete collection of Hârn stuff, my only experience actually gaming using the HârnMaster rules is limited to a few times back in the mid-80s and then a few sessions at HârnCon last month.
I am currently involved with the group that produces the material that CGI publishes. I have one published article, one soon-to-be-published article, and a couple others in the works. My major contribution is as copyeditor, helping shape and polish the works of others. I also have helped a few people with their fanon publications. I would say that, other than Hârn, my hobbies are limited to reading historical fiction.
